Third-party payment and financing providers maintain their own terms, eligibility requirements, privacy practices, fees, and repayment obligations.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

5. Shipping and Delivery

High Cotton Closet currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the product, supplier location, delivery destination, carrier, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Standard U.S. shipping is $6.75, and eligible orders of $100 or more receive free standard U.S. shipping.

Because we work with a curated network of suppliers and fulfillment partners, products within the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. High Cotton Closet is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must satisfy the conditions stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Items must generally be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains and odors, and returned with their original tags attached. Certain products, including final-sale or clearance merchandise, bodysuits, intimates, and swimwear, are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All returns require approval before being shipped. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or High Cotton Closet made an error. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product, packaging, and damage or error.

Do not discard the item or packaging until we have reviewed your request and provided instructions.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupons, discount codes, gift offers, and free-shipping offers may have separate eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions, and limitations.
